Our Mission

You remember why you started playing tabletop RPGs: the fury of combat, the genuine risk of every roll, and the raw energy of surviving the night with your friends. But somewhere along the way, games started playing themselves. Characters got plot armor. Destinies came pre-packaged. You wanted dread and got whimsy. You wanted a fight for your life and got a quest with a happy ending baked in.

We’ve spent over 35 years running games where the dice don’t care about your backstory, and we built our books for people who like it that way. No plot armor. No chosen ones. Stop following railroaded scripts and spending three hours grinding through goblins. Take your seat at a table where survival actually has to be earned.

You play the people the world underestimated, betrayed, and buried, and every new horror makes them fight harder. The darkness is their fuel.
